Job Title: Foam Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Directing foam plant associates.
- Implementing safety plans for Foam Fabrication Plant.
- Overseeing foam production, workflow, quality, and continuous improvements.
- Reporting relevant information to the Plant Manager.
- Addressing inquiries from department associates, Plant Manager, and internal/external foam customers.
- Leading and instructing the foam fabrication team for timely and efficient task completion.
- Managing Foam plant attendance and collaborating with Human Resources on personnel issues.
- Ensuring daily adherence to safety, quality, and machinery maintenance standards.
- Responding to emails and ADP promptly.
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of furniture foam manufacturing knowledge.
- Strong experience in ADP, Excel, AS400, and Word.
- Knowledge of material work planning, processes, and procedures.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
- Effective communication skills.
- Adaptability to change.
- Analytical skills to relate information to the company's strategic plan.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience.
- Lean Manufacturing Knowledge preferred.
