Department: Sewing

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt – Hourly Pay
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 am-4:30 pm; Friday, 6 am-10 am (overtime may be required)

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Sew complete covers for cushions, ottomans, and pillows using industrial sewing machines.
  • Work with complex fabrics to ensure quality and meet production schedules.
  • Understand specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sewing.
  • Basic computer skills; Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials weighing 25+ lbs.
