Acumatica Application Consultant (Remote)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing and optimizing Acumatica system for our manufacturing clients.
- Configure Acumatica to align with manufacturing workflows and processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
- Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
- Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Acumatica ERP software.
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is required.
- Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Location:
- Work from home.
- Travel up to 30%.
