Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Analytics Consultant to join our team. As
an Analytics Consultant at Mosaic, you will provide a range of creative and specialized services in
and around Workforce Management (WFM) solutions and are recognized by our clients as a

What you’ll do:
Providing specialist professional Workforce Management (WFM) and UKG functional consulting
services to clients across the retail, manufacturing, S&D, government and healthcare industries.
Key responsibilities for this role will revolve around leading and supporting our valued clients’
UKG WFM projects. You will work with a broad range of organizational stakeholders to deliver
workforce management initiatives.
• Designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting high quality Pro WFM Analytics, Data
Hub, Healthcare Productivity, Dataviews and Reporting (BIRT, Power BI, etc.) solutions.
• Evaluating customers’ business needs thus contributing to the overall strategic planning and
optimizing of WFM processes and technology.
• Being accountable for defined WFM assignments.
• Working with clients and vendors during positioning, design, configuration, and testing of
Pro WFM Analytics solutions.
• Providing ongoing functional support and advice to Mosaic’s client base.
• Identification of incremental process improvement.

What makes you successful:
Need to haves:
• At least 4 years’ career experience as a UKG Analytics consultant
• Direct project experience with UKG Pro WFM Analytics, Data Hub, and Healthcare
Productivity
• Experience with Reporting solutions utilizing Data Hub such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. is
preferred
• Demonstrated experience delivering successful UKG WFM projects
• Previous experiences to identify, manage and “solution” through project obstacles
• Ability to facilitate complex solution design within the WFM solution space
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology concepts and
processes
• Flexible ability to work within a team or independently
• Keeping abreast of industry processes and keeping UKG skills up to date
• A drive for high quality successful delivery along with continuous process improvement
Nice to haves:
• A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
• Experience working with UKG Pro WFM

• Maintaining target utilization rate (on average 75%)
• Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project’s requirements
• Ability to identify, track, and report to stakeholders on risks and project health
• Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication
and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, focusing on quality of deliverables,
setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients
• Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your
book of business
